Our story

Same crew, same care

If we look familiar, that's because we are — 209 Cafe is the team formerly behind Awesome Brew at Sunway Citrine Hub, back with a new name and a bigger home at Sunway GRID.

The name comes from our unit — and from the way 0 and 9 join into a loop. Connection in everyday life: that's the whole idea. A place your morning can rely on.

Our kitchen is pork-free and alcohol-free, we use halal-certified suppliers, and our greens are hydroponically grown nearby.

What payment methods do you accept?

We're a cashless cafe — we accept Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow QR, and credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard). No cash, sorry!

Is 209 Cafe halal?

We're a pork-free, alcohol-free kitchen and we use halal-certified suppliers. We're not JAKIM-certified as an outlet. Everyone is welcome!

Is there parking?

Yes — free parking right outside at Sunway GRID, and we're a short walk from Sunway Big Box and the CW7L bus stop.

Are kids welcome?

Very — Mini Pancakes are made for little ones, and we have high chairs. Families are our regulars.

When are you open?

Wednesday to Monday, 8am–5pm. Closed Tuesdays. The kitchen serves the full menu all day.
